Agrimetis LLC, an Isomerase collaborator in the field of crop protection, has been named by Chemical & Engineering News (C&EN) Magazine as one of the 10 startups to watch in 2017.
AgriMetis is honored to have received the distinction of “Top Startups to Watch” and attributes this honor to a deep industry understanding that has propelled it through the development stages.
“It is an honor to be recognized by C&EN for our unique approach to developing innovative crop protection products,” said Steve Tuttle, President and CEO of AgriMetis, “Our strategy of combining biology, biochemistry, and chemistry science in an integrated manner has allowed AgriMetis to solve complex problems for agricultural chemicals, and we are proud that C&EN has highlighted our efforts,” Tuttle added.
The AgriMetis technology platform is at the interface of biology, biochemistry, and chemistry. AgriMetis’ scientific approach is multidisciplinary and integrated, which allows AgriMetis to exploit areas of chemical space and production routes that are inaccessible to others.
